How we do things around here?
 

  • A deposit of $50 (non-refundable) per cottage is required 7 days prior to check in date. This deposit will be paid with credit card on file. This amount will be credited to your bill upon payment for your reservation.

  • Cancel up to 7 days before check in and get a full refund.

  • Early departures are considered cancellations,  therefore are none refundable (unless re rented, card on file will be refunded minus 5% service charge).

  • Less than 7 days you will be charged for the entire stay .( If rebooked we will refund minus 5% service charge.)

  • Weekends must book a minimum of 2 night stay.


Check-in:    Anytime after 3 PM
Check-out:  Anytime before 11 AM

No Smoking in any of our suites or cottages. If smoking please use butt cans provided outside the cottage or suite.


We take pride in our suites and cottages.
Please respect our property and limit music and noise after 11 PM. Any visitors should leave the property by this time. Only guests checked in are permitted to stay at the cottage/suite. 

Payment:
We accept Major credit cards, debit cards , and Etransfer.
Full payment due upon check in.

Pets:
Pets stay at a fee of $20. Owners of pets must have pets on a leash. When outside please clean up after your pet. Pets are not permitted to be left unattended in cottage at anytime.  We ask that pets be kept off bedding.

Hot tub rules:

Please read HOT TUB rules posted above the hot tub ( cottage 5 only) 
Only registered guests for Cottage 5 are permitted to use the hot tub. No outside guests or visitors permitted.

Check-in/ Check-out:


Check-in time is 3 pm or later. Guests must register and full payment is due when checking in to the cottage/suite.

Checkout is 11 am. Please leave your door unlocked and place the key in the drop box at the main office.
